Design curating a mix of styles for original the original campus buildings within the DLSZ complex such as the Elementary school building, and Performing arts theatre. These projects would then spark a variety of works to be accomplished for the La Salle system
McDonald's Free-standing store branches - Various models nationwide

A design collective of 1 and 2-storey free-standing stores for the renowned fast-food chain of McDonald's Philippines. Approach for the projects designed include international standards of practice and application of green design, efficiency and longevity of function.

An eco-friendly and green-design accredited venue for the student's of the De La Salle Zobel campus in Alabang. The design also utilizes unique spatial solutions to address multiple functions and efficiency which lead to its being awarded "Green Building design excellence" by Hunter Douglas along with other national features and credits
LSGH High School building - La Salle Greenhills, Ortigas Ave., Mandaluyong city

5-storey school building dedicated to house the secondary level of learning for the LSGH campus
Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) - Various branches

Improvement of character & development design for both BPI branches and free-standing structures. The installations were carried throughout Metro Manila providing contemporary renditions of the bank's branches.
Mini Stop stores - Various branches NCR

Part of an earlier initiative to update the character & store development for the convenience store chain of Mini Stop. The installations were carried out through most of Metro Manila on both regular and flagship store types.
